New features enable better management across multiple entities, bill and PO approvals, inventory categorization, expiration date tracking, and more.
Intercompany transactions*
Intercompany transactions help you manage multiple business entities more efficiently. Easily establish and track relationships between entities via one dashboard. Track transactions by assigning assets and liabilities accounts. Bulk transactions will help you reduce manual entry. You can also create intercompany transactions reports for better insight on completed historical transactions.
Inventory categorization and expiration dates*
Establish up to four levels of categorization on inventory and save time by using categories to report on items. Keep your inventory up to date, sell more quickly, and reduce business losses by assigning expiration dates, which can also be included on sales orders, invoices, and other customer communications.
Bill and PO workflow approvals*
Manage cash flow, boost transparency, and help protect against fraud with customizable bill and purchase order workflow approvals that create a digital audit trail for each transaction.
