Description
Aroma therapy is one of the most ancient healing arts & traces its origin to 4500BC, when Egyptians used aromatic substances in medicines. The term Aromatherapy was coined by Prof. Gatte`Fosse, a French cosmetic chemist. Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of plants to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing. Aromatherapy activates areas in nose called olfactory receptors, which send messages through nervous system to brain. The oils may activate certain areas of brain, like limbic system, which plays a role in controlling emotions. They could also have an impact on your hypothalamus, which may respond to the oil by creating a good feeling in brain. Its use ranges from pain relief, mood enhancement and increased cognitive function to treat asthma, insomnia, fatigue, depression, inflammation, alopecia, cancer, arthritis, erectile dysfunction, menstrual disorders, menopausal syndromes, etc. According to the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, the most popular essential oils include Indian Itras, fennel, geranium, lavender, lemongrass etc.

The questions cover a range of topics, including British history, government, law, and culture. The test is computer-based, and applicants can take it at one of the designated test centers throughout the UK.The pass mark for the test is 75%, which means that applicants must answer at least 18 of the 24 questions correctly to pass. Where do fascinations come from?
The best way to discover stunning fascinations is to examine your product or service and determine what benefits you provide to your clients.
Remember to hold them favorably appropriate. Focus on the advantages that are most persuasive for your particular audience.
If at all feasible, use numerals and statistics. So "How to reduce your blood pressure" is good, but "How to lower your blood pressure as much as 10 points . without medication" is a lot more fascinating.
Attempt to discover an aspect of practical surprise as well. "Learn to improve your flexibility" is good, but "Add 6 inches to your toe-touch in 10 minutes . even if you've never been able to touch the ground before" is much more promising.
